Proceedings

The proceedings of the Symposium will be published by Cambridge University Press. A hardcopy of the proceedings will be sent to each registered participant (cost included in registration fees). The strict deadline for submission of the proceedings is 30 Sep 2013.

Style files and templates can be downloaded here, and official IAU instructions to prepare your contribution are available here. To facilitate the work of the editors, submitted files should be named familyname.firstname.tex, familyname.firstname_fig1.jpg, etc. Please note that figures will show up in black and white in the paper version of the proceedings.

Contributions have to be submitted by email to the organizers (iaus302@sciencesconf.org). We also encourage all authors to submit their papers to arXiv, in order to ensure fast and maximal visibility to their contribution. 

All authors have to complete the IAU copyright form, either online or in hardcopy.

• Short talks: 4 pages
• Posters: 2 pages
